Our Process

SiteBuilder123 practices a simple and linear website design process. Our estimated time of completion is available prior to the plan phase, please inquire with us. The estimated time of completion is based on variable factors including the size of the project, the time it takes to receive your feedback and whether this is a “rush” order.

Phase 1- Plan
First, we establish your wants and needs by filling out a simple collaboration form. If you can include a drawing or reference other websites you like, be it by looks or functionality, it will help communicate the direction you’d like to go. By reviewing your requirements and communicating with you to gather any remaining details needed, we will then propose the quote. This ensures that the project is initiated with a common understanding of the objectives of your new website and you know exactly what you’re getting.
Phase 2- Design
After all the requirements have been gathered, we begin creating the first draft. The initial focus of the design is on the homepage layout. When it is ready for review, you will receive a link by email to an image of how your website would look (note: this is not your website, just a jpg image of how it would look). The actual revision(s) will be applied after feedback is provided by you in the Build phase.
Phase 3- Build
Every revision ensures that the subsequent draft is moving forward in the right direction. Communication is the key to ensuring we are moving closer to the expectations of your new website. We are here to serve you, so please keep the communication lines open. Normally, you will have two opportunities to provide a list of revisions you’d like made, at no extra charge.
Phase 4- Finalize & Site Delivery!
The final design draft is the result of successive revisions. Upon approval that you’re satisfied with the design specifications that were requested, we will have you certify your satisfaction and we’ll put the site live. Any remaining final touches and testing of functionality may be made at this time.
